HILDENBRAND ANTICIPATES GOVERNOR'S STATE OF THE STATE ADDRESS

"In her State of the State address tonight, the Governor is expected to talk about Job Creation, State Government Reform and Education. I share these priorities with the Governor and see them all as appropriate functions of state government."

"Without question we have tough decisions to make to create jobs and balance the state's budget. As our Michigan families feel the 'pinch', we must work together, find creative solutions to our problems and help turn our state around. There must be no exceptions or carve outs for special interest groups. We must work together to turn Michigan around."

"I look forward to working with the Governor and my colleagues in the legislature to move Michigan forward. My commitment is to work in a bi-partisan fashion and to be 'solution-oriented' as we tackle the issues at hand."
