The Aspen Institute has selected 24 American political leaders for its Rodel Fellowship program, including House Republican Leader Kevin Elsenheimer. He is among the new members of the fifth annual Fellowship coming from 22 states that includes statewide officeholders as well as state legislators and local government officials.
